Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Random Daily Email, LLC, doing business as "Just Schedule Me".
  • Service refers to Just Schedule Me, an AI-powered calendar event creation tool accessible from the Website.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. This includes authentication providers (Clerk), payment processors (Stripe), AI service providers (OpenAI and OpenRouter), analytics services (Plausible and Microsoft Clarity), and Our error-tracking service (GlitchTip, via the Sentry SDK).
  • Extraction means one request in which You submit content (text, a screenshot, or a document) and We return events.
  • Anonymous Browser Identifier means a value derived from Your browser that lets Us recognize repeat visits without an Account, so that free usage limits work for signed-out visitors.
  • Website refers to Just Schedule Me, accessible from justschedule.me
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email address
  • First name and last name
  • Usage Data

Extraction Content

When You run an Extraction, We store the content You submitted (the text, screenshot, or document, together with any extra context You provided) and the calendar events We extracted from it. We also store usage counts and technical metadata about the request, such as which AI model ran, how many tokens it used, how long it took, and what it cost Us to run. We store this to operate the Service and to measure and improve extraction accuracy, because real submissions are what let Us tell whether a change to Our extraction actually makes it better.

Each Extraction is associated with Your Account if You are signed in, or with an Anonymous Browser Identifier if You are not. If You later create an Account, We may record a backend-only association between Your earlier anonymous activity and Your new Account. That association is used solely for Our own aggregate analytics, is never shown to You or anyone else, and does not carry anonymous history into Your Account.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To improve the Service: to measure and improve the accuracy of Our event extraction using real submissions and their results.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
  • To contact You: To contact You by email regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services.
  • To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

We do not sell Your Personal Data, and We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it only with the Service Providers listed above, and only to the extent they need it to run the Service on Our behalf. In particular, the content You submit for an Extraction is sent to Our AI service providers so that events can be extracted from it.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Extraction content, extracted events, usage counts, and the related technical metadata until You ask Us to delete them. We do not delete them on a fixed schedule.

Our application logs live only inside the running containers and are discarded whenever the Service is redeployed, so they are not part of Our long-term records. Error reports are different: when something goes wrong, a report is sent to Our error-tracking service and is retained there under that service's own retention settings.

We also send Ourselves operational notification emails when an Extraction runs. These contain the Account or contact details associated with the request, and they land in a mailbox We do not delete from automatically. A deletion request can include asking Us to purge those notification emails as well, and We will.

You can request deletion at any time through Our contact page. On request We remove the Extraction content and extracted events We hold for You, along with the usage counts and the Account or Anonymous Browser Identifier they were associated with. Records held by Our Service Providers, such as Your authentication record with Clerk or Your billing record with Stripe, are governed by their own policies and by the record-keeping obligations that apply to them.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
